Protection and spreading of the cultural and archaeological legacy and exposing the cultural treasures
 of the area, through participating in the excavations for antiquities, regenerating, restoring, protecting
 and presenting them in the best way, participating in the production of cultural and documentary films,
 holding exhibitions and seminars and promoting them by encouraging tourism which aims at
 introducing the world with our treasures, civilizations, cultures and achievements, issuing publications,
 inviting journalists and media people to acquaint them with these antiquities and civilizations so that
 they can write about them and introduce them to the whole world.

 Promoting and urging education and scientific research, basing on the faith in the capability of the
 Arab mind for creation, and the capability of the Arab to catch up with the third millennium without the
 feeling of incompetence or inferiority, along with participating in supporting universities and financing
 university scholarships as an incentive for distinguished students.

 Attempting to revive the Arab civilization, and protect its genuine humanistic values to enable our
 nation to participate, once again with the other nations, in the construction of a humanitarian society,
 with no fanaticism nor hatred or racism.
