Damascus, Like Jerusalem and Aleppo, and contrary in Cairo and Baghdad, is a city fixed around a very old center,
indeed, the history of the Damascus city goes up, at least, with the II th thousand-year-old before our era.

The Al-Uqayba District It is at the time Omayyade, whereas the city is the capital of a vast empire,

This building contiguous to a mosque, is most characteristic of the baths of Damascus out the walls. |
