After traveling to Canada and the United States of
America, the exhibition stopped at the Netherlands where it was attended
by nearly one million visitors.
The exhibition embodied the variety of civilizations in the Syrian
Bilad Al Cham in different historical eras, as these countries
witnessed the creation of the wheel, the agriculture and writing, and
the appearance of the different religions.
Part of the exhibition was devoted to the discoveries of Tall Sabi Abyad, to which accompanied a number of seminars and various
cultural activities .
The exhibition in Holland was preceded by an
invitation by Osmane Mounif AIDI Foundation for Heritage, Culture
and Sciences, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Company for
Touristic Establishments Cham for Hotels, of a group of Dutch
journalists to visit archaeological sites in Syria, to have a close view
of and to write in the Dutch newspapers and media about Syrias rich
heritage of the many civilizations it embraced.
