From Damascus we are taken to Sednaya where he prepares the Moujaddara a meal rich in vegetal proteins, then to Hama where, with the chief of Apamea Cham, he prepares the Harissa, a dessert so characteristic of the place. After Palmyra and its archaeological sites, he is seen in Aleppo, in the throne hall of its citadel whose wooden ceiling is a donation of the Foundation Adi, in the souks, the looms, the workshops for the fabrication of laurel oil soap, then with the chief of Chahba Al-Cham preparing the Mouhallabia, a typical dessert of Aleppo. The archaeological sites of Saint Simeon and Bosra terminate his journey.
